Currently, three academic programs participate in the Ontario Psychiatric Outreach Program (OPOP). Programs are based at university departments of psychiatry and teaching hospitals.

- Northern Psychiatric Outreach Program, CAMH
OPOP also works closely with a number of other outreach programs in the province to provide on-site and virtual psychiatry clinical outreach services and education in remote and rural communities throughout Ontario. These collaborating partners include HealthForce Ontario (now Ontario Health), Ontario Health North and the North of Superior Counselling Programs.
