Our team focuses on four core areas:
- Evaluation & Quality Improvement (QI) Support for Education – Helping CAMH’s education teams assess and enhance their programs.
- Evaluation Support for CAMH – Providing evaluation expertise to CAMH-wide initiatives.
- Tracking Education Metrics – Collecting and analyzing data to support CAMH’s reporting requirements.
- Evaluation & QI Support for External Organizations – Assisting external partners with evaluation and quality improvement efforts.

Our team of seven experts brings deep knowledge in evaluation, research methods, and data engineering. We collaborate closely with partners, including individuals with lived experience, to ensure meaningful evaluation outcomes.
We employ various evaluation frameworks, such as:

- RE-AIM (Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, Maintenance)
- Theory of Change & Logic Models
Beyond conducting evaluations, we support knowledge translation efforts through peer-reviewed publications and interactive dashboards for partners who request them.
