CAMH has several spaces where patients, families, and the community can access information about mental health and substance use:
Family Resource Centre
The Family Resource Centre offers a safe, welcoming space at our Queen Street location, with a wide range of educational materials on mental illness and alcohol and substance use, as well as information on CAMH and community supports. Materials are also available to access online.
RBC Patient and Family Learning Space
The RBC Patient and Family Learning Space (PFLS) is an interactive hub in the McCain building at our Queen Street location for patients, families and the community to access reliable information about mental health, substance use and recovery. Resources are available both online and in-person.
Understand your legal rights relating to privacy, and find out how you can access your health records.
Find out more about the care you or your loved one will be accessing, and the other programs and services offered at CAMH, such as substance use support services, anxiety and depression services, and mood disorder services.
Give this form to your healthcare provider so they can refer you for treatment at CAMH. You do not need a referral to receive care at our Emergency Department.
