Adults over age 18 with long-standing or recently emergent neuropsychiatric disorders.

Community outpatient referrals: The CAMH referral form must be completed to ensure that the referral can be processed. Please complete the Referral form and fax it to Access CAMH at (416) 979-6815. 

Internal referrals: please use the ICARE Orders system within Powerchart.

Program Overview

Consultation by our clinic neurologist and/or neuropsychiatrist is available for both inpatient and community outpatient clients with the following conditions:

• Atypical neurodegenerative disorders 
• Epilepsy
• Headache, including chronic migraine  
• Movement Disorders
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Nerve and Muscle Disorders
• Neuropsychiatric Sequelae of stroke
• Parkinson’s Disease and Parkinsonianism
• Seizures 
• Traumatic Brain Injury
