Program Overview
The unit provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation from a secure setting with the goal of rehabilitation and, when appropriate, reintegration into the community with due regard for public safety. Care and service delivery functions are carried out within a multidisciplinary team model. A variety of programs are provided to meet treatment and rehabilitation needs. Where appropriate, families and/or significant others are involved in the formulation of the rehabilitation plan and treatment goals.
