Integrated Care Pathways (ICPs) provide a framework for individualized and group evidence- based interventions that may include medication management/optimization and the following psychosocial interventions based on comprehensive cognitive and functional assessments:
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy
CBT is offered as an individual or group therapy to address mood and anxiety symptoms, past trauma and sleep challenges.
Cognitive Behavioural Social Skills Training (CBSST)
CBSST is an evidence-based group therapy that has been developed to improve social function in clinically stable older patients with schizophrenia or a related disorder. The groups meet once per week and the course of therapy is typically for 18 weeks.
