Forensic Psychiatry Psycholegal Clinic

Individuals requiring psycholegal assessments who are referred by the court, legal counsel, or other third parties.
 

The clinic cannot accept self-referrals, referrals from family members or referrals from physicians (internally or externally). As well, these are for assessments only and not treatment. 

Third parties, such as lawyers (Defence and Crown), professional bodies (such as the CPSO, CMPA, Law Society of Ontario, etc.), law enforcement (such as RCPM, OPP, etc.), and institutions (such as universities, insurance companies, etc.), must contact the clinic directly to initiate the referral.

Assessments related child custody matters are not available through the clinic at this time.
