Dr. Sean Kidd is a co-director and senior scientist with the Institute for Mental Health Policy Research at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and a professor in the University of Toronto's Department of Psychiatry.
Areas of Research
Dr. Kidd's areas of focus have included climate change and health equity, and developing interventions for individuals with severe mental illnesses and youth who have experienced homelessness. He is engaged in trials of housing stabilization interventions for youth experiencing homelessness and digital health interventions for severe mental illness and addictions. He has founded global and national knowledge mobilization networks in the area of poverty, health and climate change.
