Dr. Robert Schwartz

Dr. Robert Schwartz is senior scientist in the Institute for Mental Health Policy Research at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and the executive director of the Ontario Tobacco Research Unit. He is also the director of the University of Toronto Collaborative Specialization in Public Health Policy, a full professor in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto, and leads the Strategy Design and Evaluation Initiative.
