The Krembil Centre for Neuroinformatics hosted its annual Open house on June 24, 2022 and welcomed visitors, students, collaborators and our community to learn about the latest developments. Open Remarks, KCNI Progress Updates and Spotlight Presentations were presented both in person and broadcasted virtually.
The KCNI is proud of the progress in its second year and wanted to share the achievements and the contributions of the team and collaborative efforts. We had great feedback and attendance from 2020’s celebration and had another successful day of virtual presentations to share the latest developments from our teams.
This year, the KCNI was joined on the panel by moderator Dr. David Goldbloom, Senior Medical Advisor at CAMH, a psychiatric consultant, Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto as well as, CAMH Clinicians, Drs. Stefan Kloiber, Abigail Ortiz, and George Foussias. The team discussed the near future of psychiatric care with a focus on integrating cutting-edge science (eg., computational models, AI, multi-omics, wearables, mobile apps, brain imaging, genetics, etc.) with care.
On June 29, 2020, we celebrated our one-year anniversary with a day of special, virtual presentations to share achievements from our first year and our future directions.
