Program Overview
Youth-VAST offers targeted support to help youth develop healthy coping strategies, access specialized treatment, and foster resilience in managing their nicotine/vaping, substance use, and technology use. Youth who access the program are provided with one-on-one, ongoing support from a Care Coach to help build self-confidence and resilience, and change behaviours. Additionally, psychoeducational group sessions are available to promote skill building, self-expression, and shared experiences.
