Care for Caregivers Online Webinars

The Care for Caregivers website has regular webinars on \workplace mental health, managing grief and supporting growth, and sleep management during the pandemic. It also provides information for staff on coping strategies and stress management.
Online Interpersonal and Balint Groups for Physicians
From: OMA Physician Health Program
The OMA Physician Health Program invites you to drop in virtually support one another during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sessions will be led by Dr. Kasra Khorasani, a psychiatrist at Mount Sinai Health Systems and St. Joseph’s Health Centre.
