Our Redevelopment

We are building two new facilities at our Queen Street campus: The Temerty Discovery Centre and The Waverley House Secure Care & Recovery Building.  

The Temerty Discovery Centre is expected to reach completion by Summer 2027. The Waverley House Secure Care & Recovery Building is expected to reach completion in 2029.  

We understand construction can at times be messy, noisy, and inconvenient, and we are committed to minimizing noise and vibrations. Our construction partners at PCL have set up vibration monitors across our site, which are regularly monitored to ensure all work complies with industry and Ministry regulations.
