What is the purpose of this survey?
Game Changers is a program for Canadian youth developed by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in partnership with the Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC). CAMH and HBC are conducting a survey to collect information from young people visiting the website to understand what mental health information you would like and how you would like to receive it. The CAMH Youth Engagement Initiative is a partner on this project, and includes young people as essential team members and advocates. The feedback received in this survey will help us develop mental health resources by youth for youth.
How will the survey information be used?
The information collected from the survey will remain confidential and will be combined with responses from other visitors. All data will be stored securely and will only be accessible by CAMH evaluation staff. The overall findings from the evaluation will be written into a report and made available to CAMH and HBC leaders. The information may also be used in publications and presentations.
