Jacqui Allard is Executive Vice President of Personal Financing Products (PFP) within Personal &Commercial Banking (P&CB) at RBC. She oversees RBC’s consumer lending businesses in Canada, including Home Equity Financing, Unsecured Personal Lending, and Automotive Financing. She also oversees RBC’s international banking businesses, including RBC Bank US, serving the US banking needs of Canadians, and RBC’s Caribbean Banking business, providing personal, commercial and corporate banking services across that region.
Jacqui was previously Senior Vice President of Strategy, Performance and Marketing for P&CB and before that, Senior Vice President of Client Experience and Product Management for RBC Wealth Management. Prior to RBC, Jacqui was Global Head of Operations and Chief Information Officer of the Investment Division of Manulife Financial, and in her time at Manulife, State Street and Bank of Ireland she held leadership positions in the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Jacqui was recognized as one of “Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women” by the Women’s Executive Network in both 2013 and 2018. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation and a Strategic Advisor and Past Chair of the Board of Directors of Up with Women, a not-for-profit providing career coaching and support for formerly homeless women.
Jacqui holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Bentley Graduate School of Business in Massachusetts and an Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and History from Queen’s University in Ontario.
