The Krembil Centre for Neuroinformatics together with The Margaret and Wallace McCain Centre for Child, Youth and Family Mental Health is looking to hire a Post-Doctoral Fellow with a strong background in Data Science & Neuroinformatics.
The Fellow will join a team led by Dr. Sean Hill and Dr. Jo Henderson on the project The Canadian Youth Mental Health Insight (CYMHI) Platform: Optimizing mental health for youth across Canada through open data, machine learning, and knowledge exchange. The project aims to optimize mental health for youth across Canada by providing a state-of-the-art informatics platform to support knowledge and data integration, open data, machine learning, and improved communication between stakeholders.

Clinical Research Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Child Emotion & Mental Health Lab
A joint University of Guelph and Margaret and Wallace McCain Centre for Child, Youth and Family Mental Health at CAMH opportunity
Dr. Kristel Thomassin, Director of the Child Emotion and Mental Health lab at the University of Guelph, and Drs. Brendan Andrade and Madison Aitken at CAMH, are seeking an outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow for a large-scale clinical trial testing the biobehavioural regulation of negative emotion as a transdiagnostic mechanism of change in psychotherapy for child anxiety, depression, and disruptive behavior.
The Fellow will work collaboratively with a dynamic and passionate research team and directly with study PIs (Drs. Thomassin, Andrade, and Aitken) to direct and oversee this clinical trial. The Fellow will provide clinical training to mental healthcare providers, implement supervised treatment with children and families, train and oversee practicum students and research assistants, and collaborate with knowledge users and stakeholders. Opportunities may also include up to 1 day per week to be involved in direct clinical services as part of supervised practice. Other opportunities include access to datasets for manuscripts, grant writing mentorship, and support for the Fellow to develop an independent program of research.

Post-doctoral Research Fellow in Health Economics
The McCain Centre is seeking a Post-doctoral research fellow in Health Economics to play a critical role in the evaluation of a pragmatic RCT examining a community-based, youth-co-designed, integrated model of service delivery, as compared to treatment as usual in hospital-based outpatient adolescent psychiatry settings (“Community-based integrated collaborative care teams to enhance service delivery to youth with mental health and substance use challenges: A multi-site pragmatic randomized-controlled trial.”)
